Wellness Coaching
In my personal coaching practice I help people to move from
where they are to where they want to be. There are basically two ways to
accomplish this: 1. add things (helpful values, ideas, activities, and
relationships) to our lives that move us closer to where we want to be; and 2.
remove blocks (unhelpful ideas, activities, and relationships) that are keeping
us from getting to where we want to be.
I work with many different types
of people, in many different ways, but my focus is always on positive living and
complete physical, emotional and spiritual wellness. This most often
happens when we are willing to approach our lives as creative works in
progress. Living a dynamic, creative
life, and creating the life we love through the application of positive thoughts and
actions will often lead to a deep sense of spiritual well-being and a
profound sense of physical and emotional wellness. In most cases this can
be acheived by becoming clear
about what our true values are, and by developing clear, focused goals that are
congruent with those values, and by developing an action plan that moves us quickly towards those goals.
